CATS AND DOGS - 2007

This is a provisional title!

All of this stuff is a collection of bits and pieces.

Why "Cats and Dogs"? Someone, in the context of some big important transaction, referred to prime products and, once you had dealt with them there was the "cats and dogs". Did that mean the dross?

Lorraine - years of typing bloody Hamptons lyrics!

Well, not to us - more a miscellany, stretching over some time but stylistically quite different. This is the first time that The Hamptons have slung together a pile of songs into an album without much regard to whether they "fit". Hence, we have everything from power pop to (gulp) dance!

Over a decade of CD's - love it, hate it, ignore it - we'd all rather have died than not do it.

So what next? Maybe we'll try the law…
